Hi, I’m Rosalind
I’m a watercolour artist based on our family farm near the market town of Newcastle Emlyn. My work is a celebration of Cynefin- the Welsh word for the place where we feel we belong, our natural habitat and home.
Living and working on the farm, I am surrounded by the subjects that inspire me: the steady gaze of our livestock, the grit of the farmers who tend the land, and the ever-shifting light across the Welsh hills. My art is an attempt to capture that deep connection between the people, the animals, and the landscape that defines our heritage.
Using delicate watercolour washes and fine-line detail, I aim to bring the “Faces of the Farm” to life- from the power of the breeding bull to the quiet grazing of the Welsh ewes.
